Most projects lose time in the handoffs between analyst, architect, developer and tester. I work across all of them, so the design that gets approved is the design that gets built.

Seven years of enterprise delivery across government, banking and retail, now focused on Agentforce and Data Cloud.

One person, the whole delivery lifecycle

  1. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and secure REST APIs across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud. Built to survive bulk data and real users.

  2. Agents with clear topics and actions, tested prompt templates, and the Apex and Flow underneath that keep an agent reliable at volume.

  3. Data stream ingestion from external sources such as Snowflake, mapping to data model objects, and Data Cloud-triggered automation back into the CRM.

  4. A working method built on Claude Chat, Cowork and Code that shortens design, documentation and build time while every decision stays reviewed by a person.

  5. Problem statements, requirement documents, personas, journeys, feature breakdowns, user stories and screen design for products I have taken from idea to launch plan.

  6. Solution design documents, decision records, security and data models, code review, UAT ownership and mentoring for distributed teams.

Ways to work with me

I take on a small number of independent engagements alongside my full-time role, so each one is scoped tightly.

Architecture and advisory

A second opinion on your Salesforce, Agentforce or Data Cloud design before you commit budget. You get a written review: what is sound, what is risky, what I would change.

Good forTeams about to start, or stuck part-way.

Discovery-to-design sprint

I run discovery with your people and hand back the requirements, solution design, data and security model, and a prioritised backlog your team or partner can build from.

Good forA new Agentforce use case or a product idea.

Team enablement

Workshops and mentoring on Apex and integration patterns, Agentforce, and using Claude in day-to-day delivery.

Good forSalesforce teams adopting AI.

Need something built end to end? Tell me about it and we will see if the timing works.
